This immersive two-day bootcamp is designed for growth-focused business owners ready to build smarter, more profitable businesses by deeply understanding their customers. By combining the strategic rigor of Customer Development with the insight-gathering power of Customer Discovery, this program equips participants with the tools, frameworks, and real-world practices to systematically uncover customer needs and translate them into better products, services, and business models.
Participants will move beyond assumptions and “gut feelings” to apply evidence-based approaches to validating ideas, refining value propositions, and designing customer-centric experiences that fuel long-term growth.
Over two full days, participants will dive into a comprehensive journey that blends theory, practice, and hands-on exploration:
Focus: Building the foundation of a customer-centered business.
On the first day, you’ll take a deep dive into Customer Development, a powerful framework for understanding your customers' needs and designing your business accordingly. You’ll work through the core elements of identifying your target market, understanding their behaviors and pain points, and crafting a customer acquisition strategy that meets them where they are.

The second day shifts from qualitative exploration to quantitative discovery, teaching you how to collect, interpret, and apply customer data to uncover new opportunities and validate your direction. You’ll learn how to harness data tools and techniques to guide decision-making and strengthen your customer understanding.
