The Venture Leadership program is unique to all leadership education programs offered in the Northeast Florida area. Venture Leadership program enables participants to build a portfolio of assets and focuses on the development of creative leadership skills in women business owners and female corporate employees of various sized ventures. Cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit within participants, the program provides detailed information on the elements of innovation, customer development, leadership, value, and growth in enterprise. Hands-on exercises, case studies, dynamic guest speakers and an entrepreneurial education are included in this unique and powerful leadership experience.
